Bambu Lab Drone STL Printing: AeroRing Frames

Looking for drone STL files to print on a Bambu Lab printer? Simon and other AeroRing builders have successfully printed AeroRing frames on Bambu Lab machines.

Choose the STL for your build

Start with the AeroRing product page and select the frame size, configuration and canopy you need. A 3D printer’s bed size is only one part of compatibility: check the entire model footprint, your chosen material and the requirements of the aircraft hardware.

Successful prints on Bambu Lab printers do not mean every frame fits every Bambu model. Check your own printer and the selected file before committing to a print.

Check the slicer preview

Import the STL into your slicer with your actual printer and nozzle selected. Check the ring’s contact with the bed, inspect the first layer and review the preview for missing or unsupported features. The existing AeroRing build notes explain the frame and canopy support considerations.

Start from a material profile appropriate to your printer and filament, then use the build notes to inform the frame-specific choices. These downloads are STL geometry; this guide does not supply a universal Bambu printer profile.

Print, inspect, then build

Check the finished frame for incomplete layers or damage and confirm the mounting points before assembly. Keep track of the printer, filament and settings that worked for your particular frame so that replacement parts can be printed consistently.

For the next steps, use the assembly notes and check the hardware requirements of your chosen frame. Bambu Lab is the printer brand; AeroRing is an independent Aerobot design.
